I am a freelance graphic designer with more than 15 years experience.
I work with marketing departments, sales associates, and managers when they need something they don’t know how to describe, a vision they need executed, and when they are busy but not efficient.
Working with communicators and design teams across a variety of fields and media, I have excelled in environments demanding thoughtful design, tight edit turnarounds, quick answers, and impressive results.
This path has allowed me to become very valuable across a wide assortment of creative tasks — from marketing to web design to “Evil toaster? No problem.”
When not working, I’m researching ghost stories, sending letters to pen pals, designing Halloween decorations, writing about monsters and sea creatures, exploring Chicago’s diners, or digging through an embarrassingly large “to read” list.
I also enjoy farmers markets (haunted or otherwise).
One of several pieces I illustrated for Phantasmaflora, a haunted farmer’s market.
